    • The Zoning Information and Map Access System (ZIMAS), provided by the Department of City Planning, will give you detailed information on the zoning specifications of your parcel.

    • Try this web-based mapping application that delivers maps and reports based on data supplied by various City departments, Los Angeles County, and Thomas Bros. Maps.

Development Services Case Management Office (DSCMO)

  • The Development Services Case Management office, comprised of Case Managers from Department of Building & Safety, Department of City Planning, Bureau of Engineering, Department of Transportation and LADWP, provides comprehensive assistance to complex projects as they navigate the City's development review process.

    • The Department of Building and Safety directions on how to obtain zoning information for a particular property.
