Lending Programs:
- California Capital Access Program
- Encourages banks and other financial institutions to make loans to small businesses that fall just outside of most banks' conventional underwriting standards.

- California Economic Development Lending Initiative (CEDLI)
- Statewide, bank-sponsored loan program for small businesses. Targets loans to emerging businesses that are currently not able to qualify for conventional bank financing.

- Allows a business to obtain a loan it could not otherwise obtain and to establish a favorable credit history with a lender.

- Community Financial Resource Center
- Provides capital for expanding businesses through their Small Business Expansion Loan Program and provides loans to struggling business that have been in operation for a minimum of two years through their Seed Microloan Program.

- FAME Renaissance Business Loans

- Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans
- Provides a range of financing opportunities available to small-business owners.
